From my experience teaching yoga to adults, children, and people with special needs, I realized that it wasn’t just the class itself that worked, but especially the time I spent talking with students before or after the class, providing them with a listening space.
After years of personal work, developing my self-awareness, and learning more about myself and how I can help others, I created T Concept.
It involves safe spaces for listening, understanding, movement, breathing, and attention. In each session, we seek to connect with oneself in the way that is most suitable for the person and the situation. I offer my listening, movement, support, and perspective so that the other person can connect with themselves from a place they hadn’t reached before, perhaps due to lack of knowledge or unconsciousness. Trying to make the unconscious, conscious.
Listen to yourself, Love yourself, Heal yourself, Feel yoursel, Know yourself, Guide yourself.
